  1. Breakfast:
    Try Special K. It’s popular Ceareal brand that i eat often. It helped me. There’s this thing called the special K challenge. look it up.
    Lunch:
    eat more fruits and veggies! Also, if u have an addiction 2 snacks: i put all my stuf far in the back of a pantry and put a lock on it. now when u want snaks you will have to take the time to open it. Put less in your school or work lunches (if u make them).
    Dinner:
    Eat veggie supliments. example:I have quit hamburgers except when on the road and only if that is all i can find. I LOVE veggie burgers!

    If your at school or something and you run the mile or at least excersize once a week you should do fine with 3 meals. If not Eat normal, but skip or have a light lunch.
